Recipe Idea Instant Pot Salsa Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast
- Black Bean & Corn Salsa by Casa De Jorge Salsa Company
- Taco Seasoning
Step 1: Add 1/4 Cup of water to the inner pot. Step 2: Place the chicken over it. Sprinkle the taco seasoning and add the Black Bean & Corn Salsa. Step 3: Pressure Cook on HIGH for 9 minutes.
Step 4:Quick Release, Open the instant pot. Remove the chicken and shred it using forks or use a hand whisk.
Step 5: Put it back in the sauce and give it a good mix.
Tips to make Instant Pot Taco Chicken
Burn Message– There is a chance of burn message appearing if you do not add the 1/4 Cup of water before adding the chicken. This can also make the chicken watery, especially if the salsa is thin or if the chicken has too much water in it.
Watery Chicken– If the dish turns out watery, you can make it thicker using the SAUTE function.
Salsa Chicken
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 jar of Medium Chunky Salsa by Casa De Jorge Salsa Company
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Garnish
Fresh lime wedges, if desired

Directions:
1 Cook rice in water as directed on package.
2 Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
3 In medium bowl, combine salsa, marmalade, brown sugar, lime juice and allspice; mix well.
4 Add to chicken; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in cilantro. Serve over hot cooked rice. Garnish with lime and orange wedges.

What you'll need: 1 lb. coarsely ground beef 1 -16 oz. can of tomato sauce 2 - 16 oz. cans of red kidney beans 1 cup water 1 jar of Medium Chunky Salsa by Casa De Jorge Salsa
Directions:
Cook meat over high heat until meat loses color. Drain the grease. Combine meat, water, beans, tomato sauce, and salsa. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Jorge's Mini Mexican Pizzas
What you'll need: 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas Cooking spray 3/4 cup pre shredded Mexican blend cheese 1 Jar of Hot Salsa by Casa De Jorge Salsa Company
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 12 count muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Start by laying each tortilla out individually on a flat surface. Use an empty can, glass cup, to cut 3-4 medium circles out of each wrap.
Press each wrap circle into muffin tin using your fingers.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the ground meat, salsa, and refried beans. Stir until well combined.
Scoop 1/8th cup of meat mixture into each wrap.
Top with shredded cheese, (dividing evenly between each pizza), add olives if desired.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Wait for pizzas to cool, and remove from muffin tin using a fork or knife. Pizza’s should pop out with ease.
Serve with a side of Casa De Jorge Salsa, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and/or shredded lettuce if desired.
Jorge's Chipotle' Cheddar Mashed Potato What you'll need
3-1/2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces. 2/3 cup of milk 1 cup of cheddar cheese 4 tablespoons butter (optional) 1 jar Casa De Jorge Chipotlé Salsa Directions Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until very tender. Drain. Add Cheddar Cheese, Butter, and Milk. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth. Stir in the Chipotlé Salsa. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
